are for people who have suffered a heart attack, the majority of most food starch-based foods (eg cereals, wholemeal bread, potatoes, rice), noodles, and fruit and vegetables.
no more fatty foods like fatty meats, cheese, whole milk, fried foods, butter, grease, etc. Make small deviations from mono-unsaturated or poly.
Eating fish rich in fat. If you eat meat, it is best to eat lean meat or poultry such as chickens.
If you choose to cook a vegetable oil sunflower, canola or olive oil.

In this sense, almost every dish is healthy, it really depends on what you want to cook! And if you try, a simple pasta dish? Wheat with homemade sauce (tomato, basil and chicken would be a good sauce!), Or they can try mackerel with garlic and lemon, served with boiled potatoes and vegetables.

Now, is a heart attack just a heart attack, so ask your doctor for a diet heart ......... They will tell you what is right and what is not for someone who did rob them. I know that most plans are "the heart without salt ".........
